Drop Off

As part of the Normal Day you can drop off your children anytime between 8.30am – 9am. Drop off takes place at each course reception so make sure to follow signs for your child’s course.

At morning registration we can sort out any extra Early Risers/Sunset bookings, payments and any medical/additional needs. Leaders will be on hand to integrate your child within the group.

Lunch Time

Every child needs to bring with them everyday a full packed lunch in suitable storage container along with a named refillable drinks bottle. Also enough for a snack at break.

If you are looking to pick your children up earlier than the normal collection time, we advise doing this during lunchtime for all courses. Please organise with your child’s Course Leader or come i at 14:20pm-14:50pm for 'Early Pick-up'

Pick Up

We offer a convenient 30-minute window for collection. Pick Up takes place at each course reception area. Children will be let out at 5:30pm, but no earlier as end-of-day checks needs to be completed.

All children will need to be collected by an authorised person, upon which we will sign them out on.

Normal day at 123 Mentor Me Summer Camp Activities is from 9am-5pm

Extended times are from 7am-6pm

Early Risers

7.00am -8.30am

Early risers is open at 7:00am at 123Mentorme camp for the convenience of early-start parents to drop off children. Children with choice activities that is sure to prepare them for the day ahead and you can still get to work on time!

Cost: £1.50 per day or £6 for the whole week.

Booked online or at Camp.

Sunset & Pick Up

16.55pm -18.00pm

For parents working late and children who want that little bit more excitement at camp we have fun based Sunset sessions. Children meet in the sports hall where extra structured activities will take place.

Cost: £1.50 per day or £6 for the whole week. . (Please pay at Camp.)

TIMES

Camp Times are programmed around a full working day. Keeping in mind some parents work extended hours, we offer flexibility for those parents that need to get to work a little earlier and pick up a bit later.
